Hyperspectral cameras arrived in Finland in the 90s. Since then, scientists and the private sector have worked closely to harness their capabilities. Professor and researcher from Helsinki University, Tomas Kohout explains how these cameras work and how we can use them to tackle current human concerns such as food security and waste management.
